Our Story
From shore to studio — how ocean treasures become wearable art

Born from a Love of the Sea
Found Sea Glass started the way most good things do — with a simple walk on the beach. What began as a hobby of collecting beautiful pieces of ocean-tumbled glass grew into something more: a passion for transforming these coastal treasures into jewelry that tells a story.
Every piece of sea glass has a history. It might have been a bottle tossed into the waves decades ago, or a fragment of a ship's lantern from another era. The ocean shaped it, frosted it, smoothed its edges, and delivered it to shore. We simply give it a second life.
From Shore to Studio
Finding
Every piece starts with a walk along Florida's sun-swept coastline. We search tidal pools, rocky shores, and hidden beaches for sea glass that has been naturally tumbled by the Atlantic for years — sometimes decades.
Sorting
Each piece is hand-selected for color, shape, frost, and character. We look for glass with that unmistakable ocean-tumbled surface — smooth edges, soft frost, and a story written by the sea.
Designing
We study each piece of glass and design around its natural shape. No cutting, no reshaping — the ocean already did the work. Our designs celebrate the glass exactly as it was found.
Crafting
Using 316L stainless steel in gold and silver finishes, we carefully set each piece by hand. The result is a one-of-a-kind pendant that preserves the glass's natural beauty while making it wearable art.
Built to Last
We set every piece of sea glass in 316L stainless steel — the same surgical-grade alloy used in medical implants. It's hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and won't tarnish, rust, or change color over time.
- Surgical-grade 316L stainless steel
- Available in gold and silver finishes
- Hypoallergenic & nickel-free
- Tarnish-resistant — no special care needed
- Stronger and more durable than sterling silver

One of a Kind. Always.
Every piece of sea glass is unique — shaped by its own journey through the ocean. That means every piece of Found jewelry is one of a kind. We never use manufactured glass, molds, or mass production. When a piece sells, it's gone forever.
We believe in sustainability too. By working with glass that the ocean has already shaped, we're giving new purpose to what others might overlook. Every pendant is a small act of rescue — a piece of the past, reimagined for the present.
